The heart is the core of life. The heart receives the message from the soul and passes it to the mind. When your heart is open, it is filled with love, care, compassion, generosity and service for others. When your heart is closed, it can be filled with ego, greed, selfishness and jealousy. Therefore, to purify and transform your heart is a golden key for self-healing, self-transformation and living a healthier, happier and more successful life.

There are many practices that people have done for thousands of years to transform the purity and quality of their hearts. One of the most effective ways to purify and transform the heart for me has been to watch and practice with Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha’s Tao Xin (Heart) video. This video has brought incredible Tao blessing to purify, transform and open my heart. I have received incredible benefits for my heart and every aspect of my life. I had an incredible honor of participating in the first Tao Soul Light Calligraphy Retreat in June 2014. It was an experience like no other.
