Tao is the Source. Tao is the creation of Heaven, Mother Earth and countless planets, stars, galaxies and universes. Tao is the universal principles and laws. Tao is the emptiness and nothingness. Tao is the Ultimate Oneness. Tao is the Way of All Life.
To study and apply the Tao teachings, wisdom and practices is to transform all life. It is to work towards the mastery of everything in life. This will bring greater joy, happiness, health and success in life and the soul journey.
